Nate Prather is an outgoing and dedicated Commercial Real Estate Agent covering the greater Kansas City Metropolitan area, specializing in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate including; Retail, Office, Industrial, Land and Investment sales.
Among his many qualities, Nate is dependable, pro-active and aggressive for his Clients. He excels in the negotiation and execution of both sales and leasing, offering his clients a “Can Do” attitude coupled with an immense passion and love for his job. He has a proven track record of strategically placing tenants to create synergy within different shopping centers providing maximum earnings potential for his clients, both Tenants and Landlords.
Nate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management and Marketing and has been in the Commercial Real Estate Industry since September of 2011. In his 5 years of experience, Nate has grown substantially, creating relationships with National Tenants as well as Local Tenants and Owners to transact more than $20 million in revenue in his career. Nate was a valuable Agent for Northland Partners Commercial, LLC, (dba KW Commercial), helping the company achieve the “Kansas City Business Journal” Top Brokerage firms in 2013, 2014 and 2015; and he will continue to be and integral part of OPES Commercial Real Estate for many years to come.
