After more than 20 years as an elementary and special education teacher, Joanna Cuda made the transition to commercial real estate about a year and a half ago. She started as an account specialist, managing billing, utilities, and tenant relations before recently stepping into a sales and leasing role. Now she’s excited to help clients find the perfect space to start, expand, or relocate their businesses.

Joanna brings the same dedication to her real estate clients that she once brought to her students—listening carefully to understand their needs and researching every angle to find the right solution. Whether clients are looking to buy, sell, or lease, they can count on her to keep their best interests front and center.

A proud Kansas City native and devoted sports fan, Joanna loves spending time with family and friends when she’s not working. Fun fact: she’s been a Type 1 diabetic since age eight and wears a CGM and insulin pump—which people often mistake for a pager when she pulls it from her pocket.
